Aeonium 'Kiwi'
A hardy and low-maintenance rosette succulent on a thin stem. This plant offsets frequently, giving the appearance of a branched tree or shrub. Its tri-colors of green, red and yellow vary in brilliance throughout the year. As it grows, new leaves sprout from its center and spread in length. Unlike most succulents, Aeonium ‘Kiwi’ goes dormant in summer and grows from fall to spring. Found in the Canary Islands. Available in 2 pot sizes. Plant shown is in 4 in. pot and roughly 8 in. tall.
Care:
Diffused/indirect lighting to full sun
Water once a week in spring and winter; once every 2 weeks in summer, as is its dormant period, plant may look in need of watering, do not over-water
Protect wet plant roots from frost/low-temperature nights in winter
Allow soil to dry between waterings
Well-draining soil; cactus/succulent mix
Protect from frost and triple-digit heat
